Five Students Injured in Polk County School Bus Crash on US 59 near Moscow
Polk County, Texas (April 30, 2019) – Five students were injured in a school bus accident Monday morning in Polk County, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred at about 7:00 a.m. April 29, on US 59, south of Moscow.
DPS a Corrigan-Camden ISD school bus, driven by 53-year-old Yolonda Beal, was preparing to stop with its lights on when it was rear-ended by a semi-truck, driven by Yong-Kwan Kim, 52.
Five of the eight students on the bus sustained minor injuries in the crash.
Beal and Kim were uninjured in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
