55-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Fred Hartman Bridge (Highway 146)

Houston, Texas (April 29, 2021) – According to the police, a 55-year-old man was killed in a big rig crash Tuesday afternoon in Houston.

The deadly accident occurred shortly before 4:00 p.m., April 27, in the northbound lanes of Highway 146, the Fred Hartman Bridge.

Police said the crash involved an 18-wheeler and a black pickup truck.

A 55-year-old man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

The crash closed the highway, and motorists were urged to use Highway 225 as an alternate route.

The crash remains under investigation.
