6-Year-Old Injured in Amarillo Pedestrian Accident near NE 12/N Grand
Amarillo, Texas (September 5, 2020) – A 6-year-old was injured in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday morning in Amarillo, according to police.
The accident occurred on September 1, near NE 12/N Grand.
Police said the child was struck by a silver 2009 Dodge Ram that then fled the scene.
The child was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition.
Authorities have located the truck, which has a Texas license plate reading MNS-2479, but they haven’t identified the driver.
