64-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Westheimer Road

Houston, Texas (October 15, 2022) – According to the police, a 64-year-old man was killed in a pedestrian accident Thursday morning in Houston.

The deadly accident happened around 11:45 a.m., October 13, in the 12900 block of Westheimer Road.

Police said the man was pushing a shopping cart westbound on the roadway when he was struck by an eastbound white GMC Canyon pickup truck.

The man was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His name has not been released.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
