One Killed in Cleburne Bicycle Accident on West Henderson Street
Cleburne, Texas (April 1, 2019) – A 69-year-old man was killed Sunday afternoon in a bicycle accident in Cleburne, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened at about 3:50 p.m. March 31, in the 1300 block of West Henderson Street.
Police said the man was riding his bicycle when he turned across lanes of traffic and was hit by an eastbound 2001 Dodge pickup truck driven by a 32-year-old.
The man was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead. His name has not been disclosed.
The pickup driver was uninjured in the crash.
The police are investigating the crash.
