Seven Injured in SE Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on Stassney Lane

Austin, Texas (October 21, 2022) – Seven people were injured Thursday night in a two-vehicle crash in Southeast Austin, according to officials.

The crash happened around 7:30 p.m., October 20, in the 5946 block of E Stassney Lane.

Officials said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

Three people were trapped in one of the vehicles, and another was ejected.

Seven people sustained injuries in the crash. Six of the people were taken to local hospitals. Three people had critical, life-threatening injuries, and two others had serious injuries.

No other details were available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
