7-Year-Old Girl Dies in Car Crash with Food Truck on U.S. 90 in San Antonio

7-Year-Old Girl Killed, Two Injured in San Antonio Taco Truck Crash on Highway 90 at West Military Drive

San Antonio, Texas (February 2, 2020) – A 7-year-old girl was killed, and two other people were injured in a car crash with a taco truck on Saturday in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened on Saturday, February 1, on Highway 90 and West Military Drive.

Police said a 2009 Honda Accord was speeding eastbound when it had a blowout, slammed into a guardrail, flipped over the guardrail, crossed the highway and hit a taco truck.

A 7-year-old girl in the Honda was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries where she later died.

The Honda driver, a 26-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

A man, assumed to be the girl’s father, was also taken to the hospital in serious condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
