72-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Hit-and-Run Crash on Almeda Road near West Orem Road

Houston, Texas (January 8, 2020) – A 72-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday morning in Houston, according to the police.

The accident took place at about 7:30 a.m. January 7, on Almeda Road near West Orem Road.

Police said the man was walking eastbound along the road when he was hit by a vehicle.

The involved driver fled the scene after the accident.

The victim was killed in the crash.
