One Critically Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on Parkway Drive
Lubbock, Texas (March 6, 2019) – A pedestrian was critically injured after being hit by a car Tuesday evening in Lubbock, according to a local news source.
The accident happened at about 9:00 p.m. March 5, in the 2600 block of Parkway Drive.
Police said the car was heading westbound on Parkway Drive when it hit the pedestrian who was walking southbound across the street.
The victim was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
The westbound lanes of Parkway Drive were closed following the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
