One Seriously Injured in Galveston County Two-vehicle Crash on Gilchrist
Galveston County, Texas (May 21, 2019) – A person was seriously injured on Friday in a head-on collision in Galveston County, according to the deputies.
The collision happened on Friday, May 17, on Gilchrist.
Reportedly, two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons.
One of the cars caught fire following the impact, and the driver was trapped.
Firefighters responded to the scene and extricated the woman before she was airlifted to the hospital in serious condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
