1 Seriously Injured in West Lubbock Auto-Pedestrian Crash

Lubbock, Texas (November 23, 2017) – A pedestrian was left nursing serious injuries after a crash on Wednesday evening in West Lubbock.
Lubbock Police Department received a call at about 9 p.m. about a person hit by a vehicle near 34th Street and Alcove Avenue on Wednesday, November 22.
It is not clear how the incident occurred.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was transported to University Medical Center.
Details about his identity were not yet released.
Police found the driver of the vehicle that struck the victim at the scene. The driver assisted police with the investigation.
