Corpus Christi, Texas (July 13, 2019) – A woman was struck and injured by a vehicle on Friday night in Corpus Christi, according to the authorities.
The crash happened near Ayers and Horne streets on Friday, July 12.
Police said a woman was walking across the street when she was hit by a vehicle that was pulling out of a restaurant.
The woman was taken to Christus Spohn Shoreline for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver was ticketed for failure to yield to the right-of-way while the pedestrian received a ticket for not using a crosswalk to cross the street.
