Beaumont Crash at Interstate 10 and Brooks Road Injures 2

Beaumont, Texas (December 22, 2017) – Beaumont police officials said that two people were taken to a hospital following a multi-vehicle collision in Beaumont Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened on Wednesday, December 20, in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 and Brooks Road.
According to an investigators report, an 18-wheeler failed to slow down as the traffic started to build up on interstate 10, striking rear line of vehicles.
The 18-wheeler hit a Mercedes, pushing it into a ditch, police said
According to a police report, two occupants of the Mercedes were transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
