1 Killed, Multiple Injured in Northeast El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash at Dyer Street and Will Ruth Avenue
El Paso, Texas (July 28, 2018) – A person was killed and multiple others injured on Friday evening in a two-vehicle crash in El Paso, the police said.
The crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. July 27, at the intersection of Dyer Street and Will Ruth Avenue, near the police station in the area.
Police said two vehicles were involved in the crash.
The El Paso police said one person was killed and several others injured in the crash.
Emergency crews had to extricate one person who was trapped in one of the vehicles.
Both directions of Dyer Street between Will Ruth and Harlan were closed. Drivers were asked to seek alternate routes.
No other details were provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
