Minor Injuries Reported in Burnet County Glider Crash near County Road 108
Burnet County, Texas (September 2, 2018) – A pilot was injured Saturday afternoon after their Glider crashed in Burnet County, according to the federal aviation officials.
DPS said the crash was reported at about 3:48 p.m. September 1, near County Road 108.
Authorities said the Schweizer SGS 1-35 Glider landed in a field and struck a fence near the road.
The pilot sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The FAA is investigating the crash.
