Laredo, TX – The Laredo Police has identified the male pedestrian who died after being struck by a vehicle on San Dario Drive Monday night as 40-year-0ld Jose Miguel Fernandez Hernandez.
Hernandez and another 22-year-old pedestrian were hit by a vehicle at about 9 p.m. on July 15 in the 4200 block of San Dario Avenue.
Hernandez was transported to the hospital where he later died.
The other victim, a 22-year-old, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Laredo, TX – A man is dead and another injured after being struck by a vehicle on San Dario Drive in Laredo, according to Laredo PD.
The crash happened at about 9 p.m. on July 15 in the 4200 block of San Dario Avenue.
As per the LPD, a Ford Expedition struck two pedestrians. A 40-year-old man was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
The second pedestrian had non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities say the driver of the Expedition, a 22-year-old woman, remained at the scene and contacted 9.1.1.
The incident remains under investigation.
