One Killed in Odessa Pedestrian Accident at 9th Street and West County Road
Odessa, Texas (September 29, 2018) – A person was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident Friday night at an intersection in Odessa, according to a local news source.
The accident occurred September 28, at the intersection of 9th Street and West County Road.
The Odessa Police Department said a pedestrian was struck by a 4-door white or silver flatbed truck, with a welder in the back. The car then fled the scene after the accident.
