Ann, TX – One person is dead and two others are hospitalized following an accident involving six vehicles on U.S. 75 in Collin County on Monday, according to the Anna Police Department.
The deadly multi-vehicle accident happened around 11:30 a.m. on August 12 on northbound U.S. 75 near Rosamond Parkway in Ann, according to the police.
One Person Dies in Ann Multi-vehicle Accident Monday Morning
Ann police confirmed that a person was killed in the accident. The name of the victim was not immediately released.
Two people were injured and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Four other people involved in the accident declined medical treatment at the scene.
Reportedly, traffic was diverted off Highway 75 to Rosamond Parkway.
No additional details regarding the crash were provided.
