According to a police report, the incident occurred at about 10:00 p.m. on September 28 on Rugged Drive (Loop 12) at W Ledbetter Road.

A preliminary investigation indicated that a woman was driving a 2016 GMC Acadia in the 4200 block of Rugged Dr. with seven passengers, including six children.
