Chapel Hill, TX – One person was killed after two vehicles collided on Highway 64 in Chapel Hill Friday afternoon, according to the Smith County Sheriff’s Office.
The fatal wreck happened at about 4:18 p.m. on October 11 on Highway 64 near Chapel Hill High School.
The Sheriff’s Office said two vehicles collided and one of the drivers was ejected. The ejected driver was injured and died in the incident. The name of the victim was not immediately released.
No additional information regarding the accident was provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
