San Antonio, TX – Three people were killed in a multi-vehicle collision in San Antonio early Friday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The deadly high-speed collision happened on Roosevelt Avenue near Sava Street at around 5 a.m. on November 22.
According to SAPD, a 46-year-old suspect was driving a a high rate of speed when he rear-ended a vehicle a vehicle occupied by 3 people – a man and two women. The impact of the collision pushed the second vehicle into oncoming traffic, where it was hit by another vehicle.
The man and the two women were pronounced dead at the scene. The names of the victims have not been released. The driver of the third vehicle was hospitalized in stable condition.
The causing driver fled the scene but was later located and arrested. The incident remains under investigation.
