According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the deadly collision happened at 1:27 a.m. on December 17 at County Road 120 and County Road 125.

Glasscock County – An Odessa man who was killed in an early Tuesday morning traffic collision in Garden City has been identified as Roberto Carlos Pazmino-Mestanza, 42, of Odessa.
Authorities said Roberto Pazmino-Mestanza was driving a Dodge Neon westbound on CR-120 when he disregarded a stop sign at the intersection and was hit by the semi-truck towing trailer northbound on CR-125.
Pazmino-Mestanza was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured.

Glasscock County, TX – An Odessa man was killed in an early Tuesday morning traffic collision in Garden City, according to DPS
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the deadly collision happened at 1:27 a.m. on December 17 at County Road 120 and County Road 125.
DPS troopers responded to the scene and located a Dodge Neon and Kenworth semi-truck.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a Dodge Neon was heading westbound on CR-120 and the driver disregarded a stop sign at the intersection and was hit by the semi-truck towing trailer northbound on CR-125.
The driver of the Dodge was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the semi-truck was not hurt.
No further information about the collision is available at this time.
The accident remains under investigation.
