Carson County, Texas — Four people are dead following a two-vehicle collision on US 60 in Carson County Wednesday evening, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
DPS troopers said the fatal collision occurred on westbound US 60 near County Road 8 at about 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18.
According to the DPS, two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision.
Both vehicles caught on fire after colliding.
The DPS confirmed that four people were killed in the incident. The identities of the victims were withheld pending notification to the next of kin.
