Police said the accident happened at about 7 a.m. today at Gateway North Boulevard at Sean Haggerty Drive, and involved an SUV, a car, and a pickup.

El Paso, TX – One person is dead following a multi-vehicle collision in Northeast El Paso Sunday morning, according to El Paso police.

Police said the accident happened at about 7 a.m. today at Gateway North Boulevard at Sean Haggerty Drive, and involved an SUV, a car, and a pickup.

Authorities said one person was killed in the collision. The identity of the victim has not been released.

According to TxDOT El Paso, all the lanes of Gateway North are closed and traffic is being detoured at Reef Sands Drive.

No additional details are available at this time.

The accident is under investigation.
