Fort Bend County, TX– Two people were injured in a collision involving multiple big rigs in Booth, Fort Bend County early Tuesday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident took place on the Southwest Freeway at FM-762 at about 3:30 a.m.
The authorities reported that four 18-wheelers were involved in the collision on the northbound lanes of the freeway.
One of the rigs overturned while another jackknifed.
The jackknifed rig was clipped by a third 18-wheeler.
A fourth 18-wheeler involved in the collision sustained damage to its trailer.
Two of the drivers were taken to Memorial Hermann Sugar Land with non-life-threatening.
All northbound lanes of the freeway were shut down following the collision.
The incident is under investigation.
