Houston, TX. – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car on Thursday night in Houston.
According to Houston police, the accident happened near the intersection of Gulf Freeway and Featherwood Drive.
A pedestrian was trying to cross a road in the area and was hit by a white SUV that came up the right lane of traffic.
The man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The man is believed to be in his 30s or 40s.
The SUV driver stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
