Luis Martinez Killed, One Injured in Bridge City Two-Vehicle Crash on Texas Avenue
Bridge City, Texas (November 5, 2018) – A driver was killed Monday morning in a traffic collision which left another driver injured in Bridge City, according to a local news source.
The crash happened at about 5:00 a.m. in the 100 block of Texas Avenue.
Police said Luis Eduardo Martinez, 22, was driving a Mustang northbound on Texas Avenue when for unknown reasons he crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck a Ford F-250 Pickup truck.
Martinez was taken to St. Elizabeth hospital where he was declared dead.
The Ford pickup truck driver sustained minor injuries and was treated and released on scene.
The police are investigating the crash.
