A 13-year-old teen in the left back passenger seat of the Ford was ejected and died at the scene

Gaines County, TX. – A teenager was killed in a collision that left six other people injured on Friday afternoon in Gaines County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 3:15 p.m. on CR 208 at CR 225.
A Ford Fusion was traveling eastbound CR 208 when the driver reportedly failed to stop at the intersection and was hit by a Chevy Silverado traveling southbound.
The impact of the collision caused both vehicles to overturn.
A 13-year-old teen in the left back passenger seat of the Ford was ejected and died at the scene.
The driver and three passengers in the Ford were hospitalized with serious injuries.
The driver and passenger of the Silverado were also transported to hospital with minor injuries
More details about the accident were not released.
