San Angelo, TX – One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision in San Angelo, according to the San Angelo Police Department.
The collision happened on FM 2288 near Grand Court.
Police said a black Toyota RAV4 was heading northbound on the highway while a white Buick Encore was coming out of the parking lot by Chick-fil-A. The Encore driver failed to yield the right of way to the Toyota RAV4, resulting in a collision.
The driver of the Toyota RAV4 was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
All four occupants of the Encore were uninjured in the accident.
The driver of the Encore was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
The police are investigating the accident.
