Claudia Mendez ID’d as Woman Killed in Del Rio Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 90
Del Rio, Texas (November 11, 2018) – The woman who was killed Thursday evening in a two-vehicle crash on a highway near Del Rio has been identified as Claudia Torres Mendez, 45, of Del Rio, according to the authorities.
The fatal crash happened at about 5:20 p.m. November 8, on U.S. Highway 90 near mile marker 410.
Reportedly, Mendez was driving a 2012 Mercedes-Benz westbound on the highway when she attempted to turn left and was struck by a pickup truck.
Mendez was killed in the crash.
