Jason Owens was transported to a local hospital where he later died

El Paso, TX. – 49-year-old Jason Owens died in a motorcycle accident in the Homestead Meadows area of El Paso on Wednesday evening.
According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred around 7:15 p.m. at the intersection of Krag Street and Santiesteban Lane.
A was reportedly traveling eastbound on Santiesteban when it failed to yield the right-of-way at a stop sign and hit Owens who was riding a motorcycle northbound on Krag.
Owens was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
