Taylor, TX. – A 56-year-old woman died after being hit by a vehicle on Thursday evening in Taylor.
According to the Taylor Police Department, the accident happened around 4:03 p.m. on the 3700 block of North Main Street.
Ramona Pavlas was walking in a crosswalk at the intersection and was struck by a black 2013 Subaru.
Pavlas, president of Taylor, died at the accident scene.
Information about the involved driver was not immediately provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
