As officers were working the scene, a suspected drunk driver crashed into two police vehicles

Houston, TX. – At least one person was injured in a collision early Saturday morning in Houston.
According to local police, the accident happened on Katy Freeway near Highway 6.
A vehicle reportedly lost control, flipped off the ramp, and landed on the Katy Freeway below.
The driver was killed in the collision.
As officers were working the scene, a suspected drunk driver crashed into two police vehicles that had been parked to block traffic.
No officer was injured in the accident.
The driver in the second collision was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
