The fatal collision happened around 6:44 a.m., June 16, at the intersection of US Highway 380 and County Road 4011.

Wise County, TX – Two people were killed and two others were injured Monday morning in a two-vehicle collision in Wise County, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal collision happened around 6:44 a.m., June 16, at the intersection of US Highway 380 and County Road 4011.
DPS said a 1994 blue Ford F-150 pulled out to cross the highway from Private Road 4011 in front of a 2005 Freightliner towing a trailer.
The Freightliner struck the Ford, then jack-knifed and overturned. It ended up in the median of US 380 while the Ford slid off the road onto the grass off the southbound shoulder.
The driver of the Ford, 16-year-old Sofia Christensen, was taken to Medical City Denton where she died from her injuries.
The front-seat passenger of the Ford, 13-year-old Nolan Christensen, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The rear passenger, 12-year-old Ella Christensen, was taken to Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth.
The Freightliner driver, 33-year-old Jose Feliz Rodriguez, sustained minor injuries in the collision.
The DPS is investigating the accident.
