The woman was taken to Covenant Medical Center by ambulance, where she later died

Lubbock, TX. – A woman died in a collision in Central Lubbock on Tuesday morning.
According to the Lubbock Police Department, the accident happened around 11:15 a.m. in the 3800 block of 58th Street.
37-year-old Amanda Davis was driving a car when she crashed into a parked car.
The woman was taken to Covenant Medical Center by ambulance, where she later died.
Davis’ passenger suffered minor injuries.
LPD says drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the wreck.
