Early, TX – An 18-year-old Goldthwaite teenager was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday morning in Early, according to the authorities.
The collision was reported around 7:31 a.m., in the 500 block of Garmon Drive.
Authorities said a 2013 Ford Edge rear-ended a truck that was making a right turn into a work site.
The Ford driver was taken to Hendrick Medical Center in Brownwood with severe injuries. She was later airlifted to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth for further medical treatment.
The truck driver was uninjured in the collision.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
