Midland, TX – A motorcyclist was critically injured early Saturday morning in a traffic accident in Midland, according to the Midland Police Department.
The accident occurred around 1:00 a.m., June 28, in the 3600 block of West Illinois Avenue.
Police said a 2003 Kawasaki motorcycle was traveling eastbound when it rear-ended a 2022 BMW 550.
The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected from the motorcycle. They were taken to Midland Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries and was listed in critical condition.
The police are investigating the accident.
