The male driver was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he later died

Harris County, TX. – A driver was killed in a collision on Sunday night in Harris County.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 10 p.m. in the 21800 block of the Katy Freeway near Mason Road.
A white 1995 Ford F-150 was traveling on the freeway when the driver lost control and hit a guardrail. The vehicle went airborne and rolled down an embankment.
The male driver was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he later died.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
