Cornelio was reportedly exiting the FedEx truck when another vehicle collided with it

Smith County, TX. – Hidekel Cornelio, 26, has been identified as the FedEx driver who died in Chapel Hill on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Smith County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened in the 16400 block of Highway 64. E, near the Lake Tyler Farmers Market.
Cornelio was reportedly exiting the FedEx truck when another vehicle collided with it.
The woman was ejected from the truck and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
