Houston, TX. – A man has died following a collision that happened last month in Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, the accident happened on the 14200 block of Katy Freeway.
A 59-year-old man was driving a silver Toyota Sienna when he suffered a tire blowout. The vehicle drifted off the roadway and crashed into a tree, and rolled over.
Both the driver and the 89-year-old passenger were transported to Ben Taub Hospital for treatment.
Sadly, the man succumbed to his injuries on July 9.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
