The fatal collision happened just before 8:30 p.m. on July 23 in the 4600 block of Hodgkins Road.

Fort Worth, TX – The man who was killed in a head-on collision that left two other people injured Wednesday night in northwest Fort Worth has been identified as 34-year-old Daniel Ray Patton, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The fatal collision happened just before 8:30 p.m. on July 23 in the 4600 block of Hodgkins Road.
Police said Patton was driving a truck when, for an unknown reason, he veered into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into another vehicle.
Patton was pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman and a child in the other vehicle were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Fort Worth traffic investigators are investigating the accident.
