Lubbock, TX. – One person was injured in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday night in Lubbock.
According to police, the accident happened around 9:30 p.m. near 56th Street and Slide Road.
40-year-old Orlando Garza was riding a motorcycle northbound on Slide when he collided with an SUV that was pulling out of a driveway to turn left.
Garza was seriously injured and was taken to UMC for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
