A 62-year-old Arkansas man who was a passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene

Corpus Christi, TX. – One person was killed in a collision that left another injured on Friday morning in Jim Wells County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on U.S. 281.
A Chevrolet Silverado was traveling south on U.S. 281 when the driver reportedly fell asleep at the wheel. The driver lost control of the vehicle, and the vehicle rolled over.
The driver was taken to the hospital with injuries.
A 62-year-old Arkansas man who was a passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
