One of the semi-trucks caught on fire after the collision

Sherman, TX. – Two people were killed in a multi-vehicle collision early Thursday morning in Sherman.
According to the Sherman Police Department, the accident happened on the southbound US-75 just south of FM-691.
Three semi-trucks and two cars were involved in the accident. One of the semi-trucks caught on fire after the collision.
Two people were killed in the accident.
The victims were not immediately identified.
Authorities shut down southbound US 75 for several hours as the scene was cleared.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
