San Antonio, TX – A 6-year-old boy was killed Tuesday evening after being struck by a vehicle in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 5:00 p.m. on August 26 in the 400 block of Amires Places near Monterrey Park.
Police said the boy was riding a toy on a private driveway. He rode from the sloped driveway and went into the road, where he was struck by an eastbound Ford F-150.
The boy was rushed to the hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.
The Ford driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
The police are investigating the accident.
