El Paso, TX. – A bicyclist died after being struck by a car in El Paso early Sunday morning.
According to the El Paso Police Department, the accident happened around 1:40 a.m. near the intersection of Pershing Drive and Leeds Avenue.
A bicyclist was struck by a vehicle that did not stop at the scene. The suspect vehicle was described as a gray or silver car, possibly a Kia with damage to the front grill area.
The unidentified bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
