El Paso, TX – According to the police, Marissa Arlene Dominguez, 20, has been arrested in connection with the accident that left a motorcyclist dead in August in East El Paso.
The deadly accident happened around 3:00 a.m. on August 31 on Interstate 10 near the Don Haskins exit by Joe Battle Boulevard.
Police said a 2024 Ford Mustang rear-ended a 2024 Kawasaki Ninja. The motorcyclist, Alejandro Rodriguez, was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A warrant was obtained for Dominguez for manslaughter with a bond of $100,000. She was arrested on Thursday and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
The police are investigating the accident.

According to the El Paso Police Department, the accident happened around 2:28 a.m. on Interstate 10 near Joe Battle Boulevard.
Rodriguez was riding a 2024 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle and was rear-ended by a 2024 Ford Mustang.
Rodriguez died at the accident scene.
