The deadly accident happened around 11:25 p.m. on September 16 in the 7700 block of Westpark Drive.

Houston, TX – A man was killed Tuesday night in a pedestrian accident in Houston, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 11:25 p.m. on September 16 in the 7700 block of Westpark Drive.
Police said the man was attempting to cross the street, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck by an eastbound silver Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The man was taken to Ben Taub Hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.
The driver of the Jeep, a 54-year-old man, remained at the scene and was questioned and released.
The police are investigating the accident.
