The deadly accident happened around 12:40 a.m. on September 22 at the intersection of North Sam Houston Parkway and Greenspoint Drive service road.

Greenspoint, TX – A woman in a wheelchair was killed early Monday morning in a pedestrian accident in Greenspoint, according to the Houston Police Department.
The deadly accident happened around 12:40 a.m. on September 22 at the intersection of North Sam Houston Parkway and Greenspoint Drive service road.
Police said the 53-year-old woman was in the crosswalk when she was struck by a white Cadillac.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
The Cadillac driver, a 22-year-old, returned to the scene on foot after allegedly parking near the accident scene. He told officers he had the green light at the time of the accident. He was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
