Jasper County, TX. – An elderly man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Sunday evening in Jasper County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 5:50 p.m. on FM 252 near County Road 346.
A 76-year-old Jasper man was driving a 2016 Can-Am Spyder south on the highway when he lost control, struck a culvert, and overturned multiple times.
The man was transported to CHRISTUS Jasper Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
